The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It summarises how your AI agent and team performed over a date range: conversations, messages and delivery issues, handovers, top agents, orders and revenue, top products, and your latest campaigns. Use it for a quick daily check; use Reports when you need response-time, resolution and per-person breakdowns or a CSV.
The Dashboard is in beta. The page shows the banner “Dashboard insights are in beta. Some metrics may be incomplete while we improve the data.”

Choose a date range

The date picker at the top right applies to every section on the page. Days are counted in your browser’s timezone (Reports use the workspace timezone instead). Every card that shows a trend arrow compares the selected range with the period of the same length immediately before it (for example, the previous 7 days). A card shows no arrow when the previous period had no data or the value is unchanged. The three overview cards, the handover card and the order totals are cached for up to five minutes, so a change you make in the Inbox can take a few minutes to appear.

Overview

Three cards plus a Conversations chart, with the exact date range printed under the heading. The Conversations chart plots conversations started per day. The solid line is the selected range; the dashed line is the previous period, day by day (day 1 against day 1). Hover a point to see Current, AI Assistant, Human Agents and Previous for that day.

Conversations by Assignee and by Status

Conversations by Assignee splits conversations started in the range into:
  • AI Assistant: conversations in which no human teammate sent a message.
  • Human Agents: conversations in which at least one teammate replied.
Conversations by Status counts conversations that are currently Open (including new, unanswered ones) or Closed, grouped by the day they started. A conversation that started in the range and was closed later still counts as Closed. Both sections show “No data for the selected period.” when nothing was started in the range.

Messages and Top Delivery Issues

Messages counts outbound messages sent by the AI agent and by your team (template sends and internal tool steps excluded): Top Delivery Issues groups the failed messages by cause and shows each cause’s share of all failures:
  • Spam rate limit hit
  • Rate limit issues
  • Temporarily blocked for policies violations
  • Country restricted
  • Message Undeliverable
  • Business eligibility payment issue
  • Service unavailable
  • Other delivery issues
If there were no failures, the card reads “No delivery issues detected during this period.” To understand and fix the causes, see Delivery and reachability.

Handover to Human Rate

“Share of conversations moved from AI to humans”: the percentage of conversations started in the range in which both the AI agent and a human teammate sent messages. The card also shows:
  • Conversations: all conversations started in the range.
  • To human agents: how many were handed over.
  • “N handled by AI”: conversations in which no human replied at all (including conversations with no reply yet).
A rising handover rate usually means the agent is missing knowledge or hitting its Handover rules. See Capabilities and Spotlight.

Top Agents

Up to five AI agents, ranked by Total. Numbers are attributed through the WhatsApp number each agent is connected to; a number with no agent of its own counts towards the workspace’s default agent. View more opens the Agents list. Until an agent has handled a conversation, the card reads “No agents available yet.”

Orders

Order figures cover orders created in Popcorn during the range, in the default currency. Order details, statuses and payment methods are described in Orders.
  • Top Recommended Products: the five products the AI agent recommended most often in the range, with “N recommendations” each. Empty state: “No products have been recommended yet.”
  • Top Selling Products: the five products that appear in the most orders in the range, with “N orders” each (ties are broken by revenue). Empty state: “No sales recorded for this period.”
Recommendation weights and rules that influence what the agent suggests are in Product catalog and Recommendation rules.

Campaigns

Total is the number of campaigns in your workspace (all time, not limited to the date range). The table lists the first five campaigns from your campaigns list with Name, Status and Audience (number of recipients). The Unsubscribed column is not yet populated. All campaigns opens Campaigns, where each campaign’s delivery and failure figures live.
