Commerce health sits at the top of Integrations and tells you whether your connected store is actually working for the agent: can Popcorn reach the store, is the catalog syncing, are orders being created, are store notifications and campaign triggers arriving, and are order lookups succeeding. Check it when customers report checkout problems, when products look stale, or after reconnecting a store.

The scorecard

The header shows the connected platform (Shopify, Salla, Zid, or None connected) and the period covered. Pick the period with the 1h, 24h, 7d or 30d buttons (the default is 24h) and click Refresh to reload.
  • Overall score is the average success rate across the categories that had attempts in the period. It is 0 when no store is connected.
  • The badge next to it is the worst status among the five categories.

Categories

Each category card shows a status badge, a one-line impact, three numbers (Success rate, Volume of attempts, Failures), a progress bar, Last success, Last failure, Top failure, Impact, and a recommended action.

Statuses

Connection is special: it is Not configured without a store, Degraded with Ambiguous integration when credentials exist for more than one platform, and Healthy otherwise.

Impact

The Impact line explains the consequence of the worst recent failure:

Failure classes and what to do

Top failure names the most frequent failure class in the period, and the recommended action under the card follows from it. When no failure class is recorded, the card falls back to general advice for its category, for example Review product sync and Meta catalog sync failures for Catalog.

View details

Click View details on a category to open its recent events (Safe support details for the selected period.). Each event shows:
  • the operation and path, for example Sync products - Product sync or Create order - Cash on delivery;
  • a short message, or No message recorded;
  • its status: Success, Failure or Skipped (an attempt that was not carried out, such as a deferred resync, or whose outcome was not confirmed);
  • Event ID, Local ID (the Popcorn order or sync request), Provider ID (the store’s order or product reference), Failure class and Created.
Events never contain customer names, phone numbers, emails or addresses, so you can share them with support as they are. If a category has no events, the dialog says No safe events recorded for this category yet.

Working with the scorecard

  • After Reconnect or Resync products, switch to 1h and Refresh to confirm the new attempts succeed.
  • A Healthy catalog with Broken checkout usually points to shipping or payment settings, not the connection.
  • No recent data across every category on a connected store simply means nobody used the agent in that period; widen the period before assuming a problem.
  • The Meta catalog (products in WhatsApp) has its own health card under Channels → WhatsApp → Account. See Meta Business.
